Autumn in bloom: 4 captivating exhibitions come to Baiyun

From Aug 9 through October, Yuntai Garden and Yunluo Botanical Garden in Guangzhou's Baiyun district are set to host four captivating exhibitions.

These exhibitions, blending visual beauty, natural science education, cross-regional scientific exploration, leisure, and wellness, promise an enriching experience for all visitors.

The Sunflower Exhibition will be simultaneously held at the two gardens, showcasing over 10,000 sunflowers in 15 varieties. The peak blooming period is expected to begin on Aug 15.

The Siam Tulip‌ Exhibition, which will open on Aug 15 at the Orchid Garden outdoor area in Yunluo Botanical Garden, highlights 1,500 blooms in shades of pink, lavender, and light red, perfect for any photography style.

The Lingnan Banyan Tree Cultural Exhibition, titled "Under the Banyan Tree" — the first of its kind in China — combines indoor educational displays and real-life outdoor exhibits. It is perfect for families and plant enthusiasts, kicking off on Aug 9 at Yunluo Botanical Garden.

The Butterfly Specimen Exhibition features over 100 butterfly specimens, including the rare Golden Kaiserihind, a national first-class protected species. Indoor and outdoor viewing areas offer a unique opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures. The exhibition started on Aug 9.
