In recent years, under the influence of private technology parks in Guangzhou, Baiyun district has been continuously optimizing its business environment.

The Baiyun tax bureau has established a comprehensive accompanying service system, implementing a response mechanism for inquiries and achieving a 95 percent "zero running" of government affairs within two hours.
