Automotive headquarters project settles in Baiyun
On March 22, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Baiyun Automotive Headquarters project was held in Guangzhou. Fourteen intending enterprises signed contracts, achieving a remarkable milestone with a project occupancy rate exceeding 50 percent upon commencement.
This project, a joint venture between Baiyun Investment Group and Guangzhou Nanling Automobile Company, involves an investment exceeding 800 million yuan ($110.2 million), with a total construction area of 68,000 square meters. Strategically located in the core area of a 100 billion yuan automotive avenue, the project boasts significant locational advantages, convenient transportation, and abundant surrounding resources.

The project aims to establish an industrial development platform integrating headquarters offices, marketing, and exhibition functions, featuring an intelligent connected network and a new energy automobile showcase, trading, and exchange center. It also aims to attract high-level enterprises along the automotive industry chain.
A principal from Baiyun Investment Group stated that upon completion and operation of the project, it is set to facilitate the aggregation and development of the automotive industry chain, activate new economic drivers, and enhance the district's comprehensive service capabilities.
This event signifies a crucial step in Baiyun's efforts to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial cluster, indicating the rapid concentration of the automotive industry in Baiyun.
The project construction unit is expected to commit full efforts to advancing project construction and industrial investment promotion to drive high-quality industrial development.
