The construction site of the major projects in the Liangtian area of Guangzhou Private Science Park is bustling with activity as several key projects have made significant progress.

The Adolph Intelligent Production Base, with a total investment of 820 million yuan (113.29 million), covers an area of 144 mu (9.6 hectares). It aims to set up 10 key service platforms to develop a modern intelligent manufacturing industrial park. The first phase, which includes four large buildings, has been completed and is now pending inspection.

The Baiyun High-Tech Zone YunCang Project, with a total investment of 240 million yuan and covering 24,600 square meters, aims to build two high-rise warehouse buildings to create an intelligent logistics park. The main construction has been finished and is currently under inspection.
