A massive commercial complex is set to open in Guangzhou's Baiyun New Town in January 2027, bringing a high‑end urban lifestyle hub to the district.

The Jinbo Commercial Headquarters, covering a total floor area of 465,000 square meters, is rising along the main development axis of Baiyun New Town. Construction work resumed on Feb 25, with workers carrying out foundation excavation. The basement foundation work is currently 50 percent complete, and the main structure is targeted to finish in August this year.

Designed as a "24‑hour urban living room", the project features a shopping mall, park‑style blocks, an international membership supermarket, a star‑rated hotel and Grade‑A office space. It will serve as the company's first high‑end flagship project in Guangzhou, focusing on a green, park‑based social center.

The project includes two neighboring plots with distinct designs. The northern plot will center on a commercial mall with a central courtyard, whereas the southern plot will adopt a street-commerce approach with multi-story retail spaces. It will also include public amenities such as running tracks and activity plazas for children and pets.

In terms of leasing, the Jinye Commercial Headquarters has already signed cooperation leases with two mid-to-high-end hotel brands. With strong investment and high‑end positioning, the project is expected to strengthen the commercial cluster around nearby landmarks and upgrade the overall commercial influence of Baiyun New Town.
