The exhibition is divided into four themed sections, illustrating the journey of scents from royal courts to everyday homes.

The "Olfactory Pilgrimage" section recreates rare historical fragrances associated with legendary figures and moments, showcasing how European scent culture evolved from practical uses like hygiene and pest control to an art form and lifestyle aesthetic. The "Olfactory Revolution" section explores the industrial era, tracing how fragrance transitioned from aristocratic exclusivity to everyday use.

The "From Palaces to Homes" section features hundreds of 20th-century Western and Chinese personal care items, illustrating how classic perfume structures entered households, while the "French Chanson" section evokes the romantic ambiance of a Parisian boutique perfume shop.
