Baiyun boosts headquarters economy with new projects
Guangzhou City Construction Investment Group held the opening ceremony and investment promotion conference for its Future Smart City project. During the event, the first group of enterprises signed agreements to establish their headquarters in the innovation demonstration park located in Baiyun district.
The first 14 enterprises include Guangzhou Airport Construction Investment Group and China Construction Science and Technology Group.

Focusing on cutting-edge fields such as intelligent construction, smart energy, and artificial intelligence, the Future Smart City aims to establish a comprehensive ecosystem for the intelligent construction industrial chain. It integrates research and development, design, exhibition, trading, incubation, and training, positioning itself as an innovation demonstration park for the intelligent construction industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The project provides resource-sharing services through potential collaborations with top operators like GLP and MFG as well as "one-stop" services covering business registration, tax, and legal consultation.
