Baiyun district of Guangzhou has announced the opening of applications for talent apartments, located in the core area of Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City.

The available units are housed within Building D of Yuexiu Tianyue Yunhu Community in the core area of Baiyun Lake. This prime location offers excellent accessibility, situated to the east of Baiyun Lake and west of Guangzhou Metro Line 8, directly above Tinggang Metro Station. The building features a total of 74 apartments, comprising 34 two-bedroom units, each with an area of 78 square meters, and 40 three-bedroom units, each measuring 101 sq m.

Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City, recognized as a key development platform and innovation hub, hosts enterprises in high-end software, artificial intelligence, new materials and various other fields. This project marks Baiyun's first talent apartment initiative, designed to meet district-level standards for attracting talent. It welcomes applications from individuals, families and organizations alike.

Applications are accepted from April 10 to 30. Eligible applicants include holders of Baiyun's Yunju Talent Card (Diamond or Gold), district-recognized high-level talents, mid-to-high-level talents from district agencies and young talents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan working in the district. Applicants must meet specific educational or professional criteria and have no property ownership in Guangzhou.

The rental price is set at 34 yuan ($4.9) per square meter per month, with a five-year lease term, renewable upon approval. Interested parties must submit their applications to Guangzhou Baiyun Jinke Holdings Group, including both paper and electronic copies of required documents.
