Baiyun, Coowa team up for autonomous driving
Baiyun district signed a framework cooperation agreement on April 17 with Coowa Technology, a leading provider of general-purpose AI robot services for cities, to promote massive applications of embodied intelligence and autonomous driving in the district.
For this purpose, Guangzhou Baiyun Industrial Investment Group entered into a partnership with Zhejiang Guocai Urban Service and Coowa. This collaboration aims to drive large-scale applications of cutting-edge technologies like embodied intelligence and autonomous driving in smart concierge services, smart travel, and smart property management sectors.
Coowa plans to establish its South China headquarters in Baiyun district.

As a key hub for intelligent industry development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Baiyun district is committed to nurturing emerging and future industries by focusing on three core pillars: policy guidance, platform aggregation, and scenario application. This approach aims to build a comprehensive, full-cycle industrial development system, providing a solid foundation for technological innovation and industrial transformation.
