Located in Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park, the project covers about 15,000 square meters, with a construction area of nearly 42,600 sq m and an investment of approximately 396 million yuan ($58 million). The new facility is designed to integrate both "medical + health care" as well as "medical + wellness", with the goal of establishing a community health center that also has secondary hospital service capabilities. The facility aims to ensure quality medical resources are deeply embedded within and serving the Taihe Community.
Once completed, the center will significantly expand its service reach, increasing the 2-kilometer medical service coverage rate in Taihe town from 48.56 percent to 81.39 percent. It will offer comprehensive services, including basic medical care, preventive health, health management, and emergency services.
Equipped with advanced medical technology, standardized operating rooms and specialized outpatient clinics, the facility will provide integrated health services to meet the challenges posed by an aging population.
