Sasseur Outlets tops out with year-end opening in sight
The main structure of the Sasseur (Guangzhou) Outlets was topped out on April 30, with the final batch of concrete poured.
Situated in Guangzhou's Baiyun district, this massive 200,000-square-meter project is poised to become a flagship commercial landmark in South China, with plans to commence operations by the end of the year.
It marks Sasseur REIT's 20th outlet in China and a strategic milestone in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, exemplifying the group's commitment to the region.

Sasseur (Guangzhou) Outlets demonstrates the group's unique idea of combining art and business through its large outlet stores. This project is set to include various supporting facilities, such as an area for nightlife and entertainment, boutique hotels and restaurants that serve Cantonese food.
By cooperating with Baiyun-based Yiyun Group, it aims to create a new urban commercial landmark featuring luxury brands, leisure tourism, nightlife and artistic experiences, thereby elevating the district's consumer and commercial landscape.
Currently, over 400 international brands are being introduced, including luxury and sports brands.
