The International Beauty Valley project in the Design Capital of Guangzhou, in Baiyun district, has topped out 100 days ahead of schedule, marking a new milestone for the district's creative industry cluster.

Located on a 14,000-square-meter site with a total floor area of 55,000 sq m, the project is positioned as a "gathering place for beauty and a vibrant urban landmark". It will focus on six core sectors: cultural and creative design, financial services, technology incubation, cultural entertainment, creative commerce and bio-health.

Upon completion, it will further strengthen the industrial chain of the Design Capital of Guangzhou and enrich the region's industrial landscape.

The project adopted a "land-taking equals start of construction" model, enabling collaborative efforts between the government and enterprises that led to the early completion. A batch of high-quality enterprises has already signed agreements to settle in the project, injecting new momentum into the area.

The construction team will now proceed with interior and exterior finishing, as well as the installation of mechanical, electrical and fire-fighting systems, aiming for full completion by the end of 2026.

The Design Capital of Guangzhou, where the project is located, now generates over 90 billion yuan ($13.29 billion) in annual revenue and hosts more than 400 enterprises. With the topping out of International Beauty Valley, it has 49 completed buildings, with total industrial space exceeding 1 million sq m. Thirty-two of these buildings are already in use.
