Guangzhou's Baiyun district is set to add a new international five-star hotel, with the Guangzhou Yiyun Wyndham Hotel entering its final construction sprint and expected to open in the second half of next year.

The hotel, with a total floor area of about 50,000 square meters, will feature 150 luxury guest rooms, a themed wedding hall, a 17,000-sq-m wedding lawn, a rooftop garden bar, and upgraded swimming pool, gym and conference facilities. Positioned as a comprehensive destination blending high-end accommodation, romantic weddings, wellness and leisure, it is also set to serve as an exclusive clubhouse for residents of the adjacent Kaixuan Bay community.

The project is part of the broader Yiyun Group campus, which houses five core developments progressing steadily. The customs office and bonded warehouse are already facilitating cross-border beauty e-commerce exports. The Global Beauty Sourcing Center has integrated 2,000 upstream factories with over 100,000 products. The Sassur Super Outlet Park has topped out and is slated to open by year-end. Construction of the Haisi Music Park has commenced and is scheduled to open in October alongside Baiyun's first international electronic music festival.

Once fully operational, the campus aims to transform Baiyun from a transit point into an international destination, supporting the district's push to become a vibrant, industry-city-integrated hub.
