AI film OPC innovation base launched in Baiyun
The BluBlu AI Film OPC Innovation Base was officially inaugurated at the Xuelei Fragrance Cultural Industrial Park in Baiyun district of Guangzhou on June 5.
This marked the launch of a pioneering project that integrates AI technology, content creation, film distribution, copyright management, and industry incubation.
The One Person Company (OPC) model allows individuals or small teams to efficiently produce films using AI tools, significantly lowering the barriers to entry and commercialization costs.

The base offers comprehensive facilities, including training, AI comic production, IP distribution, operations, video export, computing power optimization, and startup incubation. It provides "move-in ready" entrepreneurship opportunities with up to three years of rent subsidies and computing power support.
The base plans to recruit 200 OPC teams and support the growth of over five leading enterprises, establishing itself as a crucial platform for AI film creators aiming for domestic and international markets.
Xu Haiyan, executive vice-president of the China Television Artists Association's Network Audiovisual Art Creation Committee, highlighted the rapid growth of the AI film industry, saying the innovation base provides a solid foundation for AI content to expand globally.
