The project is projected to reach an annual output value of 1.4 billion yuan upon full operation.

Located in the Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City, a core intelligent manufacturing cluster in Guangzhou, the site offers a maximum gross floor area of 346,900 square meters. The area is home to a raft of leading digital economy and intelligent manufacturing enterprises, forming a mature industrial ecosystem.

China State Construction International Holdings, a subsidiary of China State Construction Hailong Technology, has over 30 years of expertise in industrial construction. The company holds multiple national-level industry qualifications. Its proprietary MiC technology reduces construction duration by over 60 percent, positioning China's prefabricated construction sector firmly in its 4.0 era.

Serving as the company's headquarters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the project will bolster Guangzhou's urban renewal and affordable housing initiatives, advance local dual carbon goals, and drive the upgrading of Baiyun district's intelligent construction cluster.
