The main structure of Sasseur (Guangzhou) Outlet Park in Baiyun district has recently topped out, with its grand opening scheduled for the end of the year.

Over 400 international brands have signed leases, covering a full category matrix of premium labels, light luxury, and sports & outdoor products. Many are set to establish regional debut stores or flagship outlets, significantly elevating the local retail landscape.

Construction is advancing on schedule, with facade installation, interior renovations, and electromechanical commissioning progressing simultaneously. The first batch of brands has already begun renovation preparations, while negotiations with anchor tenants, including a Michelin-starred restaurant and bars, are in advanced stages for the supporting 24-hour nighttime economy block.

A dedicated shuttle bus service to the airport and railway stations will enhance connectivity. The complex integrates a 180,000-square-meter music park and a five-star Wyndham hotel, creating a one-stop destination for shopping, dining, and leisure.

The operator will phase brand entry based on renovation progress, targeting full occupancy at the year-end opening.
