The 12th CAPSE Air Service Awards were announced, with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport receiving the "Best Airport" and "Most Influential Airport Brand of the Year 2025" awards.

This year's evaluation covered 368 airlines, 1,117 airports, and over 430,000 flights, collecting 3.1 million passenger surveys to ensure a reliable data foundation. The data encompasses various aspects of the travel experience, including ticket purchasing, airport transportation, check-in and security, in-flight services, and baggage handling.

In 2025, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport saw a passenger throughput of 83.58 million and a cargo throughput of 2.44 million metric tons, both ranking among the top 10 globally.

The airport has received the highest rating in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program by the Airports Council International‌ (ACI) for six consecutive years.
