The main structure of the office tower project, GDH Future City, located in Baiyun district, Guangzhou, has topped out. This 230-meter tower, a key component of a 730,000-square-meter urban complex, marks a new addition to the skyline of Baiyun New City.

It is transitioning from construction to delivery and the introduction of facilities and industries.

The project spans both sides of Yuncheng West Road and is divided into three distinct plots: 4, 9, and 11. Plot 4 is the business hub, featuring Grade A offices and high-end apartments, where the newly topped-out tower is located. Plot 9 focuses on residential and lifestyle services, with most buildings already delivered. Plot 11 offers high-end residential options.

The GDH Future City, an open commercial street that weaves together retail, dining, and leisure,  operates on a distinctive "industry service + quality life" model. Its office tower is designed to host the first cloud-based government-business lounge in Baiyun district, catering to a wide range of business needs with streamlined digital services.

Upon full operation, the project is expected to attract over 50,000 high-end business professionals, creating a dynamic cluster for headquarters operations, high-caliber enterprises, and industry growth, thereby boosting the economic and urban development in Baiyun New City.
