Two beauty and health manufacturing projects were established in the Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park in Baiyun district on Oct 9. Together, they cover 53,000 square meters of land and have a planned total floor area exceeding 140,000 sq m.

Once operational, the two projects are expected to generate a combined annual output value of over 800 million yuan ($119.53 million).

Guangdong Siden Technology Industrial won a plot in the Beauty and Health Industrial Park. Its parent company, Guangdong Siden Intelligent Machine, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in automated intelligent equipment for daily chemical tube packaging. It has been based in Baiyun since 2020.

Its new intelligent equipment R&D and manufacturing headquarters base, once operational, will strengthen the supply of upstream intelligent equipment for Baiyun's beauty industry chain, providing closer and more efficient intelligent support for over 1,000 beauty manufacturers in the district.

Guangzhou Huancai Biotechnology, the core R&D and production platform of Birou Group, secured a plot in the Shatinggang area.

Its new facility will comprise standardized workshops, an R&D and testing center, warehousing facilities, and several automated production lines for beauty and personal care products. It is expected to generate an annual output value of at least 294 million yuan.

The two plots are key industrial carriers within the park's "one core, three parks" framework. Baiyun has advanced its "start construction upon land acquisition" reform to accelerate project implementation.
