Enterprises flock to Baiyun park built for going global
The appeal is clear to tenants. Xiao Guilin, general manager of a logistics firm specializing in Middle East markets, said the park's complete industrial ecosystem won him over. "We can share experience with peers targeting Europe and the United States, and refer clients to each other — a win-win."
Zhuo Xiaocun, chairman of a biotech company that expanded its office space within half a year of moving in, said the park lowers the trial-and-error costs for newcomers. "Upstream and downstream service providers are right next door, and many deals can be closed within the park."

The park is located in Helong sub-district, a core area of Baiyun's "hub + cross-border" strategy. The sub-district ranks first among Guangzhou's sub-districts in the number of registered cross-border enterprises and in revenue, with 13 e-commerce enterprises generating 2.6 billion yuan ($389.84 million) in 2025 and 34 logistics enterprises generating 4.3 billion yuan.
As global trade is reshaped and cross-border e-commerce shifts from low-price, volume-driven selling to branded, premium products, the park aims to help companies build independent brands and connect with global markets, said Chen Xi, GoFast's chairman, empowering Guangzhou's "hub + cross-border" foreign trade landscape.
